SILKY OAKS LODGE 2.0
Silky 2.0 is a major multimillion-dollar closure refurbishment project. The whole work was done from re-design, refit, and implementation of new spa procedures to come in line with the company standards, re-structuring of the department to produce more financial increase, re-design of SOP of the department, full team training, HR and onboarding of start-up team, menu designed and networking with suppliers.
LIZARD ISLAND RESORT
An established Day Spa within Lizard Island Resort.
Re-design of the menu, re-formatting and design of all spa-related collateral to come in line with 5* standards, full change of spa linens and uniforms within the department, implementation of marking plan for guest + staff, marketing of department. Preparation for change of product range to allow for more 5* treatments.
Analysis and re-structure of resort boutique which stock Australian appeal and branded merchandising.
