WELLNESS ACADEMY

This workshop is based around bridging the gap between the amount of time managers/supervisors/trainers have for training regarding the emphasis around therapist wellbeing, presentation standards within the space and the importance of consultation through to recommendation of retail and being able to differentiate between a 3-star spa and a 5-star spa experience.
