Building exceptional spa experiences from the inside out.

I work with luxury hotels, resorts and wellness operators to develop, refine and prepare spa operations for success.

With 20 years of experience across Australia's luxury spa and resort industry, I bring together the creative, commercial and operational sides of spa development — from treatment menus and guest journeys to systems, service standards, recruitment and team readiness.

Alongside operational consulting, I coach and mentor spa therapists and managers through my Fundamentals Program, supporting the development of confident professionals, capable leaders and high-performing spa teams. My approach focuses on building the knowledge, leadership skills and practical foundations needed to deliver exceptional five-star spa operation.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that a luxury spa should be felt before the treatment even begins.

I integrate the five senses — sight, sound, scent, taste and touch — with an understanding of spatial psychology and guest behaviour to create environments and experiences that influence how guests feel from arrival through to departure.

The result is a spa experience that is not only beautiful, but intentional, memorable, commercially considered and supported by the right people, systems and standards.

PRE-OPENING | OPERATIONAL ADVISORY | LEADERSHIP COACHING & MENTORING

A beautiful spa is only the beginning.

The experience guests see is shaped by everything happening behind the scenes — the confidence and the operational readiness of the leader, the menu architecture, treatment flow, booking journey, staffing model, SOPs, product strategy, training and countless operational details.

I help bring those elements together.

My approach is grounded in the reality of operating luxury spas, not simply designing them on paper.

The result is a spa that is not only beautiful and distinctive, but considered, commercially viable and operationally ready.
